Terms & Conditions

Enter your text here...Thank you for choosing Pianissima for piano lessons. Below are the terms and conditions for participation. It is recommended to read them carefully before getting started.

1. Payments

• All payments are managed through Patreon. It is possible to choose between automatic monthly billing (charged to the card on a regular basis) or making manual monthly payments at any time. Patreon securely handles all billing processes.

• Payment management for in-person lessons is handled directly, either by credit/debit card (through Stripe or similar platforms) or in cash. All arrangements and agreements must be completed through the website in order to confirm the reservation.

2. Schedules and Attendance

• Fixed Schedules with Coordination: Lesson times are fixed but agreed upon in advance according to the availability shown on the Patreon page. Students must book their time slot and wait for confirmation.

• Attendance: Attendance at lessons is the responsibility of the student.

• Schedule Changes and Make-Up Lessons: If a monthly schedule change is needed, it must be requested 7 days in advance. Changes and make-up lessons are subject to availability and must be confirmed through the website.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Subscription Cancellation: To stop participating, the subscription on Patreon must be canceled to avoid additional charges. For manual payment users, simply stop making payments when choosing not to continue.

• Cancellation/Rescheduling Notices: For any cancellation or to reschedule a lesson (due to illness or emergency), notice must be given at least 2 hours in advance. Make-up lessons are subject to availability.

• Refund Policy: No refunds are issued.

4. Student Responsibility

• Equipment: It is the student’s responsibility to have the necessary equipment (piano/keyboard, computer/tablet, microphone, camera) and internet connection to participate in lessons.

• Conduct: The student agrees to maintain respectful behavior during lessons.

• Materials: Study materials will be provided by the instructor and are for exclusive use in the lessons.

5. Modifications

Right to Modify: The instructor reserves the right to make changes to the schedules or contents of the classes, notifying students in advance.

• Communication: Any change will be communicated through the website (Student Area) or Patreon.

• Agreement and Good Faith: By making a payment or confirming your registration, you accept all these terms and conditions.
